These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Joyotogel ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Joyotogel online gaming platform accessible at joyotogel.cam ("Platform"), including all games, features, promotions, and associated services offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by Joyotogel, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, understood their content, and agree to be fully bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the Joyotogel website, mobile-optimised interface, and any related service operated under the domain joyotogel.cam.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on the Platform, associated with a unique username and password.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or cashback amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal of winnings or as part of account security procedures.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum betting turnover a User must complete before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gambling activities are explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• "MYR" or "RM" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are conducted.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your Account remains active.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local or national law.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or in association with, any third party in relation to activities on the Platform.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or self-excluded from the Platform or from any other online gambling platform operated by or associated with Joyotogel.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of Joyotogel or any of its affiliated companies, partners, or game studio providers.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You must not register using false, misleading, or third-party identity information. Joyotogel reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Joyotogel will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

As part of our KYC obligations, we may require you to submit supporting documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your Malaysian IC (MyKad) or valid passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of registered Touch 'n Go eWallet, bank statement from Maybank or CIMB account used for deposits).
• A selfie photograph holding a valid government-issued identification document.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of your Account.

Joyotogel accepts deposits via a range of payment methods designed to serve Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, DuitNow QR, and FPX bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are also accepted subject to applicable minimum thresholds.

• All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of confirmation.
• Joyotogel does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees for which Joyotogel bears no responsibility.
• If a deposit is found to have been made fraudulently or by unauthorized means, Joyotogel reserves the right to reverse the transaction, freeze the associated Account, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full prior to approval:

• Your Account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any Bonus Funds must have been met.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed applicable daily or monthly limits applicable to your Account tier.
• Your Account must be in good standing with no open disputes, fraud flags, or compliance holds.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name matching your KYC-verified identity.

Joyotogel reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where unusual activity patterns are detected or where there is a significant increase in withdrawal frequency or volume relative to historical account behaviour.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Joyotogel are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which are detailed on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is available. The following general principles apply to all promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement, typically between 20x and 35x the bonus amount, which must be completed before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become withdrawable.
• Each promotion is available to one eligible Account per person, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through different Accounts or identities will result in Account suspension.
• Maximum bet limits apply when Bonus Funds are active. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum per round while Bonus Funds remain in your Balance may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified on each promotion page.
• Joyotogel reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not adversely affect existing active bonus balances subject to in-progress wagering.

All bets placed on the Joyotogel Platform — whether on casino games, sports markets (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and UFC), live dealer tables, lottery-style games, or instant-win formats — are governed by the following rules:

• Bets are settled in accordance with the official outcome of each game or event. For sports betting, all settlement decisions are final once confirmed by the relevant governing body or official result source.
• Joyotogel does not accept bets placed after a game or event has commenced, except through designated in-play/live betting markets which explicitly allow post-start wagering.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game session, the bet outcome will be determined by the state of the game recorded in our server logs at the time of disconnection. Joyotogel's records are considered final and binding in any dispute regarding bet outcomes.
• All Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified by approved independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted using real-time video streaming from licensed facilities. The results of all games are final and binding.
• Maximum payout limits apply per game and per day. These limits are visible within each game environment or upon request from customer support.

These tools are accessible from within your Account settings and include deposit limits, session time-out reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling is a form of entertainment that carries inherent financial risk. You confirm that:

• You are gambling voluntarily and using only funds that you can afford to lose without adverse financial consequence.
• You are not gambling as a means to recover financial losses from other activities.
• You will make use of available responsible gambling tools if your gambling behaviour becomes a concern.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings gained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Employing automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional competition.
• Attempting to charge-back or reverse any deposit transaction after using the corresponding funds on the Platform.
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one Account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Joyotogel, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

Joyotogel does not warrant that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free at all times. In the event of any system downtime, maintenance periods, or technical issues affecting the availability of the Platform, Joyotogel's liability shall be limited to restoring service availability within a reasonable timeframe. No compensation for missed betting opportunities will be payable as a result of planned or unplanned downtime.

All content on the Joyotogel Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interfaces, logos, trademarks, photographs, artwork, and source code, is owned by or licensed to Joyotogel and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Joyotogel.

Joyotogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Request by the Account holder for voluntary self-exclusion under the Platform's responsible gambling tools.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to cease providing services to the Account holder's jurisdiction.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

In the event of Account closure resulting from a breach of these Terms, any balance and winnings in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where closure is not a result of misconduct, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following completion of applicable withdrawal verification procedures.

Joyotogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, we will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of an updated version of the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining verified balance.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Joyotogel's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to Joyotogel's internal dispute resolution procedure.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal procedure within thirty (30) calendar days of formal submission, either party may seek resolution through the applicable arbitration or judicial process available in the governing jurisdiction. Joyotogel does not accept alternative dispute resolution schemes as a mandatory step unless required by applicable licensing conditions.

Nothing in this clause limits your right as a consumer to seek legal advice or to pursue a claim through the courts of your own jurisdiction where applicable consumer protection law grants you such rights.
